Some people experience initial set-up problems with Medeo.
Signing up using a cell phone or tablet can be difficult. If possible, use a PC, Mac or Chromebook to do the initial set-up and questionnaires. If you, your family or your friends do not have a computer, you can arrange computer time at the public library.
Remember that two people cannot share the same email address. See the JOIN page for details.
If you are having trouble setting a password, remember that at least one upper case and lower case letter is required, plus a number, and a symbol (!@#$%&*).
If Medeo considers your password invalid, Go to https://patient.medeohealth.com/. Without entering your email, click Forgot Password (located above the login button) and enter the email address linked to your Medeo account.
If you think you did everything right and still cannot sign in on the Medeo Health app on your phone/tablet, try deleting and reinstalling the app.
Log in to your medeohealth.com account using a web browser.
Click on My Account along the left of the screen.
Scroll down and select Delete My Account. (confirm as required)
Delete the Medeo app on your phone.
Open the email inviting you to Medeo and click the link to get signed up as a patient.
Set yourself up. (answer questions). Note that you do not need to sign up for Medeo Plus.
Download the Medeo app on your phone and enter your email and password information.
Try booking an appointment again.
Sign in using your credentials. If you want to make an appointment on behalf of another registered patient of our clinic, you must do so using their email address and password, not yours! If you have difficulties booking an appointment, please visit this web page for help. As a last resort, you can call us for assistance between 8:00 AM and Noon on business days.
